South Korea’s first full spherical projection theater Space 360 can be considered a true VR theater of the future. Its visitors can literally dive into a virtual world without having to wear VR headsets. A breathtaking 360 video projection fully immerses viewers as they stand and watch on the transparent observation bridge that crosses the sphere’s interior.
Space 360 was built next to Gwangju National Science Museum. Front Pictures engineered and installed the projection system for the sphere. It features 12 Barco WUXGA laser source projectors powered by a single Screenberry Media Server that provides 27.6 MP video playback and auto-calibration.

This is an extract from ‘Possible Worlds’: an immersive video project created for 360 / fulldome environment.
This video is a screen recording of myself exploring liquids at “Zero Gravity” in an application made by The Society for Arts and Technology. ‘SATDomePort’ is a software that allows you to experience your full dome content in real time.
I am also using ‘Resolume Arena’ to VJ inside this virtual dome.
‘Possible Worlds’ was performed for the first time in Montreal at SAT in 2015, January 17th for the album launch of Moses Baxter.

Very special thanks to the expertise of SAT who made this ‘Possible’. The organization has created the first immersive modular theatre, dedicated to artistic creation and visualization activities. They trained me and gave me the opportunity to perform and create within the dome. They are amazing, visit their website:

For the album launch of Montréal based producer Moses Baxter, we were invited to perform inside la Satosphère, the very first immersive modular theatre, dedicated to artistic creation and visualization activities. This event was also the inauguration of several new VJs at the SAT, which had received training in immersive systems and passed several months preparing content for this one event.
