Rubika signe un partenariat au Vietnam pour former les talents locaux

Le groupe Rubika annonce la signature d’un partenariat avec le VTC Institute of Information Technology and Design, école située au Vietnam. Cette dernière propose des formations en animation, jeux vidéo et web.

L’enjeu de cet accord : une formation en animation 3D destinée aux jeunes talents locaux, qui comprendra deux années sur le campus viêtnamien et une année sur le campus Rubika Montréal.
Pour les élèves, outre une ouverture à l’international, l’intérêt sera de disposer d’un double diplôme VTC Academy/Rubika. Les élèves pourront par ailleurs prolonger leurs études via un Mastère Animation dispensé en anglais, toujours à Montréal.
A noter aussi, dans le cadre de ce partenariat, Rubika « s’engage à former les intervenants locaux [NDLR: au Vietnam] et à leur délivrer des masterclass » : l’implication du groupe concerne donc également le personnel enseignant.

Ce partenariat en Asie n’est pas surprenant. Il s’inscrit dans la stratégie internationale du groupe Rubika. Rappelons en effet qu’un campus partenaire Rubika existe déjà à Pune, en Inde (formations en jeu vidéo, animation, design), un second campus partenaire à Nairobi au Kenya (jeu vidéo, animation), sans compter le campus Rubika situé à Montréal. L’école ne manque pas de rappeler aussi, dans son communiqué, que ses élèves en France sont incités à effectuer des stages et échages à l’étranger . Si la pandémie a évidemment restreint ces flux, 30 à 50% des élèves optaient jusqu’ici pour une expérience professionnelle à l’étranger.
