MoPA et Cipen en redressement : plusieurs candidats pour la reprise

Nous avions déjà évoqué les difficultés traversées par le Cipen (Cluster de l’Innovation Pédagogique et Numérique), association qui regroupe les formations de la CCI (Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie) du Pays d’Arles, dont la célèbre école MoPA.
La situation se précise désormais, une audience fixée au 4 décembre devant trancher la situation. Voici donc un point sur la situation.

Rappel des faits

Rappelons qu’au printemps dernier, le Cipen affichait des dettes importantes (de l’ordre de 3 millions d’euros pour un CA de 5 millions environ). De quoi mettre en péril sa stabilité et son avenir.
Depuis, la situation a évolué, comme le rappelle notre confrère La Provence : placé en redressement judiciaire, le Cipen a fait l’objet d’une période d’observation à l’issue de laquelle le redressement a été prolongé.

Trois dossiers sur la table

A ce stade, la justice (et plus précisément le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Tarascon) dispose en fait de trois dossiers de reprise potentiels déposés en septembre (comme l’explique, là encore, La Provence) :
– La CCIPA (Chambre de commerce et d’industrie du Pays d’Arles), qui était à l’origine de l’externalisation du Cipen sous forme d’association, se propose de réintégrer en son sein le Cipen et l’ensemble de son personnel ;
Ad Education, groupe spécialisé dans l’enseignement supérieur (et qui possède déjà l’ECV et l’ECV Digital) souhaite reprendre partiellement le Cipen : il s’agirait en fait d’intégrer MoPA et ses équipes ;
– Enfin, une offre commune a été déposée par les groupes Someform et Hildegarde. Le premier se spécialise dans l’éducation tandis que le second a des activités assez diversifiées : médias mais aussi enseignement et production audiovisuelle. En particulier, il s’agit de la maison mère de Folimage et des Armateurs, deux entités bien connues dans le monde de l’animation.

Et maintenant ?

Quatre repreneurs, trois offres : reste désormais à trancher.
Aux dernières nouvelles, une audience qui s’est tenue le 17 octobre a reporté la décision au 4 décembre, selon l’Asofa (Association de soutien des organismes de formation du pays d’Arles, qui se présente comme une entité de défense des activités du Cipen suite à la procédure judiciaire). A cette date, la reprise sera donc décidée.

C’est dans ce contexte qu’une pétition vient d’être lancée sur Change.org. Portée par des élèves de l’école, elle se prononce en faveur de la reprise par Someform et Hildegarde, soulignant en particulier la proximité d’Hildegarde avec le secteur de l’animation. A l’inverse, la proposition de la CCIPA est rejetée en bloc par les personnes à l’origine de la pétition, qui dénoncent une volonté d’étendre fortement l’école et d’ajouter de nouveaux cursus, alors même que la pétition loue le fait que MoPA est actuellement « une école à taille humaine ». Le dossier Ad Education, lui, n’est pas évoqué.
A ce stade, la pétition compte 467 signatures, qui ne se limitent évidemment pas à des élèves de l’école : des signataires indiquent par exemple explicitement être des parents d’élèves.
L’objectif annoncé est en tous cas clair : peser dans la balance lors du jugement.

Rendez-vous, donc, dans moins d’un mois pour le verdict. D’ici là, si une des entités en lien avec l’affaire souhaitent s’exprimer sur 3DVF, nous restons bien évidemment ouverts (contact@3dvf.com).
